Privacy policy
Short version: this site sets no tracking cookies, doesn’t profile you, and only collects what you type into a form. Here are the details.
Who is responsible
Feodor Breathing (“I”, “me”) is the data controller for this website. For any question about your data, or to make a request, use the contact form.
Cookies and tracking
This site is cookieless. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking, so there is no cookie banner to click through. Your browser stores a small amount of technical data only where it’s essential for the page to work correctly; none of it identifies you or is shared.
What I collect, and why
Only what you enter into a form: your name and email when you request the Five-Minute Formula, and any message you send through the contact form. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box. I use it to send you the free masterclass, to reply to your enquiry, and — if you opted in — to send occasional related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Who processes it
Your details are handled by GoHighLevel, my email and customer-management provider, which delivers emails and stores your contact record. GoHighLevel is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there under appropriate safeguards. A backup copy may also be held in Google Firestore. I don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, or until it’s no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Send a request through the contact form and I’ll action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
